WELCOME to Tai Chi Fitness: 1998-2017

Tai Chi Fitness is an exercise program that blends the centuries old Chinese martial art of Tai Chi Chuan (also known as Taijiquan) with modern Western exercise science to provide many of the same benefits. Tai Chi Fitness is a nontraditional approach designed for beginners and all others who want easy-to-follow, safe and effective instruction in a comfortable setting from an experienced, dedicated teacher.
Tai Chi Fitness is:

  • easier to learn
  • suitable for most
  • kinder to knees
  • better for backs
  • balanced to work both sides
  • and includes effective stretching

As I complete my 20th year of teaching Tai Chi in Lincoln, I can no longer expand my practice by accepting new students.
