Classes
Three levels of Tai Chi Fitness classes are offered for beginning and continuing students; all are taught how to train at an appropriate, individual level to maximize personal benefits. Our workouts are quiet and thoughtful, yet casual and fun. Each six-week class series starts with basic skills; beginners focus on building a strong foundation with easy-to-follow patterns, slow progression and experienced instruction.
Beginning Tai Chi Fitness classes meet for one hour once a week; several class times are offered. Continuing Tai Chi Fitness workouts are 75 minutes of conditioning challenges with ongoing skill and Form development. Upcoming dates are listed on the next page at schedules.
If you miss a class, you can make it up anytime during that six week session—even in advance.
Taijiquan Small Group Practice
As of Spring 2011, both Saturday AM 37 Form study groups are FULL and closed to new registration. Contact Chris Headlee if you are interested in the next space available or to start a new group. Some experience is required; these workouts are not an introduction to Tai Chi!

2012 World Tai Chi Qigong Day is April 28! Go to www.worldtaichiday.org for lots of information about this international event. In Lincoln, we will plan to celebrate in Antelope Park at the Enclosed Shelter, as in the past.
Tai Chi Fitness Personal Training
Schedule a one-to-one or one-to-two session for an individualized private workout, at your convenience. Instruction is available in either modern Tai Chi Fitness Forms or traditional Yang Style Forms. $36 for one person/one hour and $58 for two people/one hour.
