Three levels of Tai Chi Fitness classes are offered for beginning and continuing students; all are taught how to train at an appropriate, individual level to maximize personal benefits. Our workouts are quiet and thoughtful, yet casual and fun. Each 5-6 week class series starts with basic skills; beginners focus on building a strong foundation with easy-to-follow patterns, slow progression and experienced instruction.

Beginning Tai Chi Fitness classes meet for one hour once a week; 2 levels and several class times are offered. Continuing Tai Chi Fitness workouts are 60 minutes of conditioning challenges with ongoing skill and Form development.

Make-up classes are encouraged; if you miss a class, you can make it up anytime during that session—even in advance!
