 SPRING into SUMMER: 2018 Sessions

Registration for new students is closed; former students, call for options.

* Classes meet at The Tai Chi Fitness Center, 4217 O Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.

* Please go to the next page for mail-in registration instructions; pre-registration required.

* FIVE one hour classes for $55 ~ just $11/class for the most experienced teacher in Lincoln!

* Sign up for 2 classes a week and get a discount of $1 each class (deduct $5, ea. session)

* IF you miss a class you can make it up by substituting another at any time during that session; confirm availability after week #1. 

Levels 2 & 2.5 Tai Chi Fitness classes are 1 hour workouts that include basic skills, conditioning drills, Forms 2 & 2.5 and Qigong practice.

Level Two:
5 Mondays, 6:15-7:15 PM: May 7-June 4;  June 11-July 9;  July 23-August 20.
5 Tuesdays, 9-10 AM: May 8-June 5;  June 12-July 10;  July 24-August 21.
5 Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 PM: May 9-June 6;  June 13-July 11;  July 25-August 22.
5 Thursdays, 9-10 AM: May 10-June 7;  June 14-July 12; July 26-August 23.

Level 2.5:
5 Mondays, 7:20-8:20 PM: May 7-June 4;  June 11-July 9;  July 23-August 20.
5 Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 PM: May 8-June 5; June 12-July 10; July 24-August 21.
5 Thursdays, 10:05 – 11:05 AM: May 10-June 7;  June 14-July 12;  July 26-August 23.

Level 3 Tai Chi Fitness classes provide 60 minutes of progressively challenging drills/skills; Tai Chi Fitness Forms #1, 2 & 3 and a variety of Qigong sets.

         5 Tuesdays, 10:05-11:05 AM: May 8-June 5; June 12-July 10; July 24-August 21.

         5 Wednesdays, 6:35-7:35 PM: May 9-June 6;  June 13-July 11;  July 25-August 22.
