WINTER 2012 session started the week of February 12; check back soon for SPRING schedules.

* All classes are currently meeting at The Tai Chi Fitness Center, 4217 O Street, Lincoln.

* Registration for 6 Beginning classes is $42; Continuing level students pay $48 for 6 classes.

* IF you miss a class you can make it up by substituting another at any time during that session.

* Tai Chi Chair classes will return to the schedule in Spring 2012; private lessons are available.

* Tai Chi in Crete is on winter break.

Beginning Tai Chi Fitness classes are 1 hour workouts that include basic skills, conditioning drills, Form development and an introduction to Qigong. Class size is limited to 6 to provide a quality learning experience; be sure to register early.

Level One:
6 Mondays, 6 – 7 p.m., Feb. 13 – March 19; $42
6 Tuesdays, 9 – 10 a.m., Feb. 14 – March 20; $42 ~ FULL
6 Thursdays, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., Feb. 16 – March 22; $42 ~ closed

Level Two: (prerequisite – Level One Tai Chi Fitness)
6 Mondays, 7:15 – 8:15 p.m., Feb. 13 – March 19; $42
6 Tuesdays, 6:30 – 7:30 p.m., Feb. 14 – March 20; $42 
6 Thursdays, 10 – 11 a.m., Feb. 16 – March 22; $42 ~ FULL

Continuing Tai Chi Fitness classes are 75 minutes of progressively challenging drills and skills; group practice in Forms 1, 2 & 3 and a variety of Qigong sets. (Prerequisites: Levels One & Two)

6 Tuesdays, 10 – 11:15 a.m., Feb. 14 – March 20; $48 ~ FULL
